Late night noodle bowl


Warm noodle bowl is perfect for a freakin cold night like this. Started with a Nong Shim kimchi instant ramen base, added mushroom, edamame beans, egg and snowpea sprouts, bit of sesame oil and sesame seeds. Then a bit of leftover vinegar from the pickled onion jar. One good reason to get top shelf pickled onions is being left with top tasting infused vinegar once the solids are gone.

Home inspection is over. Now for a week and a half of packing with brief intermissions of work do, football and shopping for important moving things. Starting tomorrowish.
